I don't mind playing the game if the competition is free to enter and the prize is a property in London, I hope to move there one day...

My experience was exactly the same as a previous poster, so just to emphasise this point, I have copied what they have written:
"Great if you want to spend an eternity clicking "mix" on a program thats more than likely been designed not to relinquish the grand prize until theyve eeked out as many weeks as humanely possible and then at the last minute it will be fixed anyway..." by Eleanor Hewitt

Why limit your entries from the UK only. I am a Londoner orginally and would love a London apartment!

@ Terry
Thanks for your comments; you're absolutely right that free competitions usually need to accept far more entries than paid ones to make them worthwhile for the organisers, resulting in much longer odds. At the same time, given it is free some people are happy with this compromise. One exception though was the uber free flat competition where they gave away an apartment near Bolton for free having received fewer than 4,000 entries! (see http://win-house.co.uk/property-competitions/closed/2009/196-win-a-flat-for-free.html) In terms of the winner selection process, in principle the T&Cs clarify how the process works, making Fair Exchange (the organisers of this competition) responsible for taking care the rules are respected.
