Bio-Architecture outlines the principle ideas and key applications of organic architecture, comparing built structures found in nature such as slate, stone, wood and terra cotta. Bajardo itself receives a high-tech core. The houses are completely wired with fiber.

Each unshaded roof of the super-low energy houses will be equipped with a photovoltaic system of "Würth Solar" (about 5 kWp.). The value of solar radiation (1536 kW h/m2 in Bajardo) corresponds to annual savings of €4,100.

How it works

1. To enter the prize competition, please complete the form on the online entry. Go to Competition Work to see how to register and to purchase tickets by bank transfer, credit or debit card. You must purchase a ticket to participate.

2. Answer the questions correctly.

3. You will receive a confirmation-email including the tickets.

Each participant may make an unlimited number of entries. Each ticket will entitle the bearer to 1 entry to the draw.

EcoHouse Competition Ltd will endeavor to notify the winners within 14 days by email and letter, using the address submitted on the entry form. The property will be transferred to the respective winner via our solicitor, including all legal fees associated with a normal house purchase.

If up to 149,999 Entry Fees are received the Winner will receive one of the Eco Houses together with a Super Prize of €15,000 towards the cost of furnishing. 5 of the 6 winners will receive the Super Prize, if 150,000 or more Entry Fees are received.
