The pidgin legalese doesn't all make sense or hang together properly. The English text is very badly translated and strongly ressembles many of the 'scam' emails flying around the internet - this may be unintended but still gives a poor impression. I should like to know which notaries have been retained in both countries mentioned. Before I bought a ticket, I should want to know full details of the promoter.

Who is HAUSER!?

After registering and receiving the email I'm really confused now. Neither the website nor the email gives detailed information about: 1. the owner, 2. the notary in Cyprus and France, 3. the exact location of the house. Instead, the email contains instructions on wiring money to a Swiss online trading bank, depositary "Dr. Sophia Hauser", notary.

The competition organiser should clarify this.

Thanks for your feedback.

What elements of information do you feel are missing to give you comfort about this raffle?

Perhaps if you specify some of the details you are looking for the competition organiser can respond by clarifying some of your questions.

There are too many bits of information not supplied on the raffle website, and the whole thing strikes me as really shady. I wouldn't touch this one!
