Originally built in 1866, just after the "cotton famine" caused by the American Civil War, Atlas Mill is situated in close proximity to a good selection of bars, shops and restaurants, according to the über website. The prize on offer is Flat No. 4, one of 69 one and two-bedroom flats recently completed by über.
