This competition is run by über Massclusive, a family-run Manchester property development company, in order to promote the launch of their new flagship development.

Originally built in 1866, just after the "cotton famine" caused by the American Civil War, Atlas Mill is situated in close proximity to a good selection of bars, shops and restaurants, according to the über website.

The prize on offer is Flat No. 4, one of 69 one and two-bedroom flats recently completed by über. Each flat features quality contemporary living, with wooden floors, fully fitted kitchen and private secure parking.

A total of 3,961 entries were received in this free raffle. The winning entry was drawn from a hat by the Mayor and Mayoress of Bolton. Sharon Cochrane from Leigh was picked as the winner and contacted a few days later.
