This Christmas the Daily Mail is offering its readers a chance to win a charming Dream Cottage worth £325,000 for free by collecting passwords printed daily in the paper over the next few weeks. The thatched Daily Mail Dream Cottage looks fantastic, but where is it located?
Thanks to some help from Smiley, we managed to trace the full address of this year's cottage. Located in the village of Great Hockham in Norfolk, it is within easy reach of the market towns of Watton, East Harling, Attleborough, Dereham and Swaffham, as well as Norwich via the A11 trunk road. The nearest rail station is about 10 miles away in Attleborough, providing access to Norwich, Cambridge, London and the Midlands. Great Hockham is about 10 miles from Thetford Forest, a popular spot for walking, horse riding and cycling and the nearby Thetford Golf Club offers excellent amenities. The village itself is a designated conservation area with a village inn, primary school and church. The town of Diss is located about 13 miles away and offers a great selection of shops, restaurants and museums and easy access to London's Liverpool Street by rail. You could win this fabulous cottage for free by collecting 21 passwords printed in the Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday every day between 19 November and 16 December. Visit the Competitions Directory for full details about the property and how to take part. Entries close on 23 December 2011.
