RSL Art Union are gearing up for their biggest win a house raffle of the year, the AUD 3.6 million (£2.17 million) Golden Treasure. Draw 275 promises to be the highlight of the year, with an entire apartment complex comprising 1 x 3 bedroom penthouse + 6 x 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units up for grabs! Although the raffle starts at the end of March, you can already pre-book your $10 (£6) ticket now.

Every year, Australian charity RSL Art Union runs a Golden Treasure house raffle between April and May, with twice the value in prizes on offer. The highly popular raffle is set to last a full 49 days, rather than the usual 40 days for their standard lotteries.

The property prize is located just 350 metres from Mermaid Beach, on Australia's sunny Gold Coast. Offering an impressive estimated rental value of $180,000 per annum, all apartments in the property block come fully furnished, with air-conditioning throughout and benefitting from 14 secure underground car parks.

RSL haven't released any pictures of the Golden Treasure prize at this stage. However, one can expect the same high quality as with every other raffle run by the charity. Just like their regular raffles, a property winner is guaranteed in this special draw.

The runner-up prizes will be $10,000 and $5,000 respectively.
