| Manor Park Homebuilders have teamed up with Irish radio station FM104 to run a text competition giving away a two bedroom show house valued at €250,000. The promotion, which started on Monday, runs daily and costs €2 (plus standard network charges). Every day, a 'Superstar of the Day' is announced. Each time a track from this artist is played, the public is invited to text in the correct answer. Listeners are then picked at random and placed on air to answer a question related to the same artist. This will culminate in a Grand Finale to pick the winner of the property prize. It is also possible to enter directly at the show house at Barnwell Hansfield, Dublin 15, which is located two miles from the Blanchardstown Centre (this may be free, please check). The competition is to publicise the launch of another 40 units in the development. The winner will be handed the keys to a 76sqm showhouse, which comes fully furnished, including all appliances and cutlery. Players can see the show house on Saturdays and Sundays 2-5pm and Wednesdays 5-7pm. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and resident in Ireland.
