Win a luxury holiday home in Spain for £10

A new house competition recently kicked off on Dream Home Competition, with a modern £500,000 town house near Marbella in Spain's Costa del Sol up for grabs for £10. Players need to answer 3 questions correctly to enter the competition and there are currently 4 other properties to be won on the website.

Leeds-based property developer Jon Sammon started Dream Home Competition a couple of years ago as a new concept to sell homes in the UK and abroad. Despite attracting interest from the public, his first house competition didn't sell enough tickets to give away the property, leading to a cash prize for the first winner Elizabeth Graham in June 2009.

The website has grown in popularity in the last 2 years with 5 properties now up for grabs in different competitions. Jon decided to drop the price of tickets to £10, however the format of the competition remains unchanged.

Players are asked to watch a short video about the property they would like to win, before answering 4 multiple choice questions about the home based on the video. With 3 out of 4 questions answered correctly, you are entered into the prize draw to win a home. A limited number of tickets is available for each competition.

The property prizes featured on Dream Home Competition are designed to appeal to a wide audience. Each one has been carefully selected for its desirability, however Sammon always keeps affordability in mind, avoiding multi-million pound homes that would be more difficult to give away in his competitions.

Win a Spanish villaThe latest star prize is a luxury 3 double bedroom modern town house located in a desirable part of Spain's Costa del Sol. It offers specatular views and all the latest modern conveniences. It comes with under-floor heating and air conditioning throughout, high ceilings and a basement currently used as a cinema room.

If you fancy winning something closer to home, the website also features a £250k apartment in London, a £170k 3 bed semi in Scotland, a luxury £500k 5/6 bed home in Leeds and a converted 3 bed bunker in Cornwall.

Visit Dream Home Competition to watch the videos and find out more about the property prizes.

Home owners are invited to contact Sammon if they are interested in featuring their own property as a prize in a future competition.
