city-vizionNext Saturday 3rd December, property buyers will be given the opportunity to 'crack the safe' on display at the house builders City Vizion development. The person who enters the correct code into the safe will win one property on the development.

According to Sara Taylor, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey South Wales: "I am delighted to be able to give away a house at our popular Newport development. The safe is available for anyone who wishes to have a go at cracking it.

“The high specification properties at City Vizion have been beautifully designed and are situated in an optimum location. The development has fantastic views of the River Usk and is situated in the heart of Newport. So come on down on Saturday and see if you can win your dream property and a mortgage free life.”

The competition is open between 10am and 5pm.

City Vizion is part of a major redevelopment project in Newport City Centre. Situated on Rodney Parade, overlooking the river Usk, it comprises a range of high quality 2 bedroom apartments.

Situated only minutes away from Newport train station with easy access to Cardiff and London, the development also connects to Cardiff International Airport for longer distance travelling. It is perfectly place to benefit from all the amenities offered in Newport City, which hosted the Ryder Cup in 2010.

At present 2 bedroom apartments are for sale from £99,995, offering a good potential to take advantage of the investment opportunities in the area.

Taylor Wimpey ran a similar 'crack the code' house competition in 2010 at the First Time Buyer Home Show in Covent Garden, as well as in Highbridge and Wincanton earlier this year.
