The top property prize is nestled in one acre of beautiful Kent countryside behind a secure automatic door, and features state-of-the-art technology with a wide array of gadgets; together with a lovely garden with mature trees throughout. To help finance such a prize, WinaNewLife.com will also hand the winner a cash prize of £85,000 to help cover legal and running bills.

The 38-year old, a 15-year veteran of the financial markets in London, is seeking to make a new start in life thanks to the proceeds of the competition. In the process, he hopes to offer one person the chance of living a dream life themselves.

In his interview with the Daily Telegraph on 11 June, Andrew explained the motivations behind WinaNewLife.com: "My wealth is self-made. I have worked hard my entire career and have been trading equities for the past 15 years. But now I want to slow my pace of life a little. I have a four-year-old son and he and my recent divorce have changed my priorities."

In order to give away his house, car and motor boat, Paul is aiming to sell at least 150,000 by the end of the competition, which is scheduled to end on 19 August 2009. Alternatively, a cash prize will be awarded to the winner based on the number of tickets sold by that time.
