Win a Daily Mail Beach Chalet passwords

The new Daily Mail Beach Chalet competition kicked off on 5 March and runs until 22 April 2011. Up for grabs is a £160,000 holiday chalet located in Praa Sands holiday park near Penzance in southern Cornwall. You could win this home for free simply by collecting 15 passwords printed in the Daily Mail and the Mail on Sunday every day between 5 March and 13 April.

Win a Daily Mail Beach Chalet

The property boasts one twin bedroom and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom that includes a roll top bath. With central heating and ceiling fans throughout, it can be used both in the winter and summertime.

A stable door opens up onto a fully-fitted open plan kitchen, lounge and living room area with flat-screen plasma TV. Large panoramic French doors and windows ensure the beautiful sea views can be enjoyed throughout the property.

Part of the Haulfryn Group, Praa Sands is a popular holiday park situated just moments from the beach and within easy reach of Penzance.

Daily Mail and Ideal Home Show have partnered up for this free draw and you can see the property prize for real by visiting the exhibition in Earls Court, London, between 11 and 27 March 2011.

To win this great prize, simply send in 15 differently dated passwords by post - or enter online for free. At least 2 passwords must come from the Mail on Sunday. What's more, you'll automatically qualify for a second entry into the draw by submitting all 30 passwords online.

As usual, Daily Mail Dream Cottage are collecting all the passwords so you can take advantage of the free entry route online. You can collect all the passwords directly from the site or subscribe to have them sent to your inbox every day for free.

The winner will be notified by telephone and post by 29 April 2011.

Running fees?
Does anyone know how much it costs to run the property every year? I'm pretty sure you have to pay maintenance etc in holiday parks

Re: Running fees?
I checked a couple of days ago :) It's £3,950/year, plus council tax (£315) and other costs & utilities (gas, electricity, water, insurance...). They said occupancy is 11 months/year, but I think that's pretty standard with this type of property.

By the way, I found a full description of the chalet on the Haulfryn site:

Have I missed the result of the Beach Chalet? Although I have the Daily Mail 24/7 I do not remember reading about it.

Re: Results?
@ Sandifer

You're absolutely right I don't think the Mail have published anything at all about the winner :( I'm surprised last time they announced the winner of the Christmas Cottage around the time they launched the new competition (the Beach Chalet one). I've been checking on their website regularly but nothing so far.... crossing my fingers and toes!
