San Francisco Dream House Raffle results

The details of this year's San Francisco Dream House Raffle winners results were announced after being drawn on Saturday. Set up to benefit local charity Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, the raffle featured a beautiful $2.4 million home (or $1.8 million) as a top property prize, together with over 370 other 'early bird' prizes worth up to $25,000.

With odds of winning at least $300 of only 100 to 1, not surprisingly the raffle attracted good demand this year. This year's winner, Vivian Heinzel of San Carlos, California, was contacted to be given the life-changing news that she had bought the winning raffle ticket.

San Francisco Dream House RaffleShe will be handed the keys to a stunning 3,150 square foot mansion in a desirable part of San Francisco. The property was recently completed in 2008 and has never been lived in. The main three-story house features four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a large formal dining room and chef's kitchen.

What's more, it comes with its own self-contained cottage connected by private courtyard, which itself featuers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. With a rare private four-car garage for San Francisco included, together with all the latest amenities and technology, this property prize will surely change Ms Heinzel's life.
