| Local newspaper Belfast Telegraph ran a dream home competition last month to give away a new £150,000 three-bedroom house in Dundonald to one lucky reader for free. Readers were asked to collect six free vouchers from the Telegraph and submit their entry by 17 June 2009. Last Monday, the winner's details were finally announced: "flabbergasted" Londonderry businessman and father-of-three Paul McGilloway received the good news while working at his local printing business. In his interview published on Monday 29 June, the property winner admitted he had enjoyed good luck recently, having also won £1,000 in a local parish draw. According to the Telegraph, Paul's win is the biggest prize so far in Northern Ireland newspapers. The property prize is located in a new village development at Coopers Mill, where all houses have been recently finished to a high standard. It is likely the house prize will be offered to oldest son Eoghan to help him through his upcoming studies at Queen's University, which he hopes to start in September.
