RSL Art Union's biggest charity house raffle of the year, the $3.6 million Golden Treasure in Australia, is scheduled to end on 18 May. For just A$10 (£6), you could win a stunning block of apartments - that's 6 flats plus a luxury penthouse, all fully furnished! A winner is guaranteed and with a maximum of 1.5 million tickets for sale, this raffle offers better odds than many lotteries.
What's more, you'll be helping support the RSL charity, which plays an active role in local communities to help build a better Australia. RSL run regular house raffles throughout the year, but the Golden Treasure raffle happens only once a year. Situated just 350 metres from beautiful Mermaid Beach in sunny Queensland, the residential block generates an estimated $180,700 per year. Spread over 1,115 sqm with double street access, the apartment block includes six 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments ranging from 99 to 139 sqm in size. Each one comes fully furnished with air-conditioning and comprehensive security throughout. The penthouse features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, offering 326 sqm of living accommodation and a 100 sqm entertainment balcony. Of course, if you win you'll also have access to the property's private in-ground pool and spacious BBQ area, together with 14 secure undeground car parks.
