| Today Australian charity house raffle organiser RSL Art Union announced the winner of an impressive £690,000 house located on Emerald Lakes, just 10 minutes away from the Gold Coast's golden beaches. The winner won the top property prize with a single $5 VIP ticket!
The latest winner of Draw 266 announced on 24 June 2009 is holder of ticket 232469 - a resident of Belivah, Queensland. The lucky winner will be handed the keys of a beautiful A$1.4 million lakeside home, featuring four double bedrooms, three bathroms and access to an in-ground pool. A number of other prizes worth up to A$10,000 were also awarded in the draw. RSL launched Draw 267 a few days ago to give away a staggering three luxury apartments in Australia, worth a total of A$1.8 million (£900,000)!
